They all wanted to know how I was able to find her! I have to say that Monica was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the process of the sale of our apartment. She advertised our apartment in several ways (direct mail, internet, newspaper). She constantly showed our apartment, and gave us ample notice. She walked us through every step of the process. Monica did not stop until she got us our full asking price, from a well qualified buyer! We had such a great experience working with her, that I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.

She responded immediately to my email and she set up a variety of appointments for us throughout the city. She was on time and very responsive to our comments. We did find and rent a fabulous apartment for Jeff which he is extremely happy with. She also assited us with subleasing his place during his summer in Europe.
