We work very hard to raise the bar and strive to change the sometimes negative persona realtors have unfortunately acquired. There are many people in the business whom have forgotten how to treat others with the respect and professionalism they deserve. We only tolerate and operate under the most ethical of standards and therefore, all of our agents are members of REBNY, the Real Estate Board of New York whose mission is also to unite the community and create higher standards within the industry.

Environment:
Manhattan Living Realty was built on the notion of offering the best possible service we can to our clients and just as importantly creating a non-competitive, supportive and friendly work environment for our agents. The minute you walk into our office, you will feel right at home and will notice the friendly, warm relationships amongst our agents all whom share information, keep each other informed and assist one another when possible.

Training & Support:
At Manhattan Living Realty we provide excellent individualized and small group training; the kind of attention necessary for new agents to grasp what building a career in Real Estate is all about. With this type of training agents feel comfortable asking as many questions as they have and begin developing their careers right a way.

Our extensive training manual highlights all of the aspects of the business in a very clear and easy to read manner. At Manhattan Living Realty we believe you learn best by shadowing and doing. Within the first week, if you feel ready, we will help you get started with clients of your own. You will receive all of the tools necessary to succeed and the ongoing support of a team environment.

Seminars & Events:
Although we strive to teach agents by doing, we also strongly encourage agents to participate in our in-house as well as off-site seminars. Topics include mortgages, being a top producer, negotiating, marketing, relationship building, and building your career. In addition, we co-sponsor events with mortgage companies, interior decorators, financial planners, and with many other companies to provide you and our clients with as much information and resources necessary to make their experience an easy and enjoyable one.

Mentorship:
At Manhattan Living Realty you will be assigned a mentor who will be available to you day and night. Your mentor will assist you and answer any questions you may have along the way. The more questions you have the faster you will learn. You will be able to shadow your mentor on appointments in an effort to to learn the dynamics of the business and observe the processes from beginning to end. Your mentor will provide you with guidance on how you can establish a strong foundation for your business. Your mentor will help you get acclimated as soon as possible so you can begin developing a successful career at MLR.

State of the Art Technology:
MLR has a technology affiliate who ensures that our systems are technologically advanced and our web based software is upgraded at all times. The web based programs we use will allow you to access all of the information and data you need to be successful from wherever you are. Day and night, in the United States or abroad, you will have the tools you need to stay in touch with your your clients and to conduct the work and research necessary to meet their every need.
