"Real Estate with Personal Touch" sums up Debbi’s personal approach and commitment to her clients, customers and company she founded - Manhattan Living Realty. Debbi entered the real estate industry in 2001 with a Master’s Degree in psychology from Harvard University and 3.5 years in Human Resources at Morgan Stanley. She then followed in her father’s footsteps by pursuing a career  in real estate. He worked for several top real estate management companies at the start of his career including Goldman & DiLorenzo and Lenway Management, then later served as president of F.P.C. Management.

Debbi had a goal in mind for how she wanted to run her business which combined the simple notion of providing friendly and superior customer service with great luxury properties. She immediately found that her strong work ethic and sincere interest in her clients (whom often complained about their previous encounters with realtors) to be a refreshing change for them.

After successfully filling many vacancies, Debbi was exclusively chosen by Marriott ExecuStay to represent their unfurnished housing division in buildings they managed in Chelsea, the Upper East Side and White Plains where she successfully filled over one hundred vacancies within a 2 to 3 month span.

Debbi credits her success with clients to her commitment to them. Whether it is representing owners, management companies or helping clients find a home to purchase or rent, she utilizes every possible resource to do a stellar job. Debbi’s clients applaud her for finding them the best possible properties and for distinguishing herself by simply being friendly, hard working, open and honest.

As members of the Real Estate Board of New York, Debbi is highly passionate about protecting the public and improving the moral and ethical standards in the industry. Debbi is most proud of her wonderful group of agents at MLR whom share this philosophy of "Real Estate with a Personal Touch". It has become a company wide endeavor to elevate the level of service in the industry and to change the sometimes negative reputation realtors have.
